Setup & Delivery Pay

Setup commission works differently than your residual tier. It only has two levels, and it caps at 30% — it does not climb to 40% or 50%.

You're also responsible for delivering the product and setting up the customer's Spotlight and QR system. Every rep is paid $100 per customer for delivery, on top of your residual, on every sale, no exceptions.

Example: on a $1,000 setup fee at the 25% tier, that's $250 for setup, plus your $100 delivery fee — $350 total before residual even starts.

Team Override Structure

Recruit reps into your downline, earn 5% override on their production. Two-tier: your direct recruits, and their recruits.

Example: 3 recruited reps × 30 customers each = 90 customers generating $18,000/month combined. 5% override = $900/month passive.

The Math Over Time

Month 1–3: 10 customers = $2,500 setup fees + $2,000 residual = $4,500 month one.
Month 4–6: 30 customers, $6,000/month residual, commission bumps to 30%.
